No Resale: You may not share, distribute, or resell course content without written permission.

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
Prices are subject to change, but enrolled courses remain at the purchase price
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
You are responsible for any applicable taxes
Payment confirmation may take a few minutes to process

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds After Enrollment:

All course purchases are final and non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed. We encourage you to review the course details, preview content, and ratings before purchasing.

Technical Issues:

If you experience a technical error where payment was deducted but course enrollment failed, we will:

Investigate the issue within 48 hours
Grant you access to the course if payment is confirmed
Process a refund ONLY if we cannot provide course access and payment is verified

How to Report Issues:

Contact our support team at support@kalpaedu.com with:

Your registered email address
Transaction ID or payment screenshot
Course name and issue description

Important: Refund requests for reasons other than technical errors (change of mind, duplicate purchase, dissatisfaction with content) will not be entertained.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Share your account credentials with others
Download, copy, or redistribute course content
Use automated systems (bots) to access the platform
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
Upload malicious content or viruses
Harass instructors or other students
Use the platform for any illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, text, quizzes, and materials, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Content belongs to the platform and course instructors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

If you post reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content.

You are responsible for the content you post and must not violate any laws or third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

Courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career results
We are not responsible for third-party content or links
Platform availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent activities
Abuse the platform or harass others

Terminated accounts will lose access to all enrolled courses without refund.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India.
